Balaganj Crossroads

Kishan took over the responsibility of running this outlet from his father, Jamadar, but the outlet itself was established in 1985 by his grandfather, Jugali. Their simple bill of fare comprises poori-sabzi, khasta kachori, jalebi and lassi. In the early days, two pooris with subzi were priced at 25 paise, but it is not possible these days to sell the same for less than 20 rupees. They are open from 9 AM to 8 PM. Kishan says that the reason why his outlet is so famous is that they have always served their clientele with complete honesty, and they have got back their love in return.
